As a light sleeper, I was pleased with the tranquil location and quiet rooms. The hotel's exquisite design and style created a lovely atmosphere. The bar served tasty drinks, including their exceptional pisco sour. The staff was professional, helpful, and provided excellent service. The breakfast was the best we've had during our European travels. The entire hotel was spotless, ensuring a comfortable and clean stay.

I had an amazing stay here. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions and yet in a quiet area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by the welcome drink and the pet amenities available. The room was comfortable with great air conditioning and a sitting area, and the tea and coffee facilities and mini-bar were an added bonus. The in-room safe and free toiletries were a nice touch. The bar/lounge area was lovely and the staff were attentive. The free Wi-Fi was reliable and the on-site car park and luggage storage made my stay stress-free.
I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, luxurious stay in a prime location.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, close to all the main attractions and in a quiet area. The interior design was really cool and the patio and bar were great for enjoying tasty drinks. The staff were professional and helpful.
It seemed understaffed and the buffet was often half empty.

The design of the building and rooms was excellent, with tasteful and comfortable furnishings. The inner garden and terrace provided a wonderful setting to enjoy breakfast, dinner, and drinks. The location was great, situated in a quiet area but still close to the main attractions of the city. The staff were professional, helpful, and friendly.
